Who We Are

Capitalyst Advisors ("we," "us," or "our") provides capital formation strategy, systems, and infrastructure for real estate operators and capital allocators, and is operated by Sales Specialists, LLC, doing business as Capitalyst Advisors. This policy explains what information we collect through capitalystadvisors.com and related pages (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Capitalyst Advisors is not a registered broker dealer, investment adviser, or placement agent, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. See our Terms and Conditions for full disclosures.

We collect information you provide directly, such as when you request a strategy call, subscribe to Capital Briefs, register for a webinar, or complete an intake survey. This may include:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Company or firm name, role, and address, city, state, or zip code where provided
• Information about your capital raising activity, submitted through forms or surveys
• Communications you send us directly

We also collect Usage Data automatically, including your device's Internet Protocol address, browser type and version, the pages of the Site you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, and unique device identifiers. When you access the Site from a mobile device, we may also collect the type of device, its unique device identifier, mobile operating system, and the type of mobile browser used.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Other than mobile information and text messaging opt in data, which are addressed separately below and are never shared with third parties, we may share personal information in the following situations:

• With Service Providers who help us operate the Site and our business, such as scheduling, email delivery, and customer relationship management platforms, solely to support those services.
• For business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of some or all of our assets, in which personal information may be among the assets transferred.
• With affiliates, meaning any other business under common ownership or control with Sales Specialists, LLC (including GoRaise.ai), who will be required to honor this policy.
• To comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, investigate possible wrongdoing connected to the Site, protect the personal safety of users or the public, or protect against legal liability.
• With your consent, for any other purpose you approve.

Text Messages and Mobile Information

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from us, that number and your consent to receive text messages are used only to send you the communications you signed up for, such as appointment reminders, webinar updates, or account notifications.

No mobile information, including phone numbers and text messaging opt in or consent status, is shared with any third party or affiliate for any purpose, including marketing purposes. This information is used solely to deliver the text messages you have requested and is not sold, rented, or disclosed outside of Capitalyst Advisors.

Message frequency varies depending on the communications you sign up for. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can request help at any time by replying HELP.

Retention of Your Information

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, including to meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except where it is needed to strengthen the security or functionality of the Site, or where we are legally required to retain it longer.

Your information, including personal information, is processed at our operating offices in Arizona and in any other locations where our Service Providers are located, which may be outside of your own state or country. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are directed to businesses and individuals engaged in capital raising and real estate investment activity, not to children, and are not intended for use by anyone under the age of eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under thirteen without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, request deletion or correction of that information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, though we do not sell personal information. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track signal. Because there is no common standard for how businesses should respond to this signal, our Site does not currently change its behavior based on it.
